Initial assessment with a detailed questionnaire and dietary analysis to understand your goals, lifestyle, and current nutrition habits.
A 60-minute consultation to dive deep into your needs and create a personalised roadmap for the next 12 weeks.
A fully tailored nutrition plan, designed around your training, performance goals, and daily life.
Weekly check-ins to review progress, adjust strategies, and keep you accountable.
Monthly coaching sessions (in person or online) with tailored feedback and adjustments to keep your progress on track.
Ongoing education and empowerment, so you understand the why behind your plan and make confident choices.
Holistic support addressing mindset, habits, and lifestyle factors that influence performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
How It Works //
3-Month Commitment
Coaching runs in blocks of 3 months — the time needed to put strategies into action, see real progress, and build lasting habits.
Your Investment
£455 for 3 months. covering everything outlined in the What’s Included section — from your personalised programme and consultations to regular check-ins and ongoing support throughout.
Renewal
At the end of each block, you can continue by signing up for another 3 months — keeping your structure, accountability, and results moving forward.
Personal Training & Online Plans
1-to-1 sessions and tailored programmes to complement your nutrition
Alongside Sport and Exercise Nutrition coaching, I also provide personal training at EMS Fitness Norwich. If you’re local, you can join me at our boutique gym to complement your nutrition coaching with 1-to-1 personal training — combining expert guidance, tailored programming, and the right fuelling strategies in one place.
For those living further away, or for anyone who prefers a structured plan to follow independently, I design individualised online training plans that integrate seamlessly with your nutrition. Each plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and training demands, giving you structure, clarity, and confidence in your progress.
Please note: personal training and online training plans are offered as an additional service and are not included in the nutrition coaching price above.
